Mark Warner is both an Artist and Teacher of Art.
He gained a degree in Fine Art as well as a post graduate certificate in Art
Education.
He now lives and works in North Shropshire.
Mark has continued to draw inspiration from the landscape, although themes and subject matter can be broad, and at times very different.
"Using colour and light, a sense of the weather and a love of
the materials, I work from notes and sketches made outside, from photographs
as well as from memory, trying to recreate the mood that a place offers me.
My working practice consists of interpreting visually a felt experience of
landscape. "
